DETAILS: We provided the supported for this annual meeting which included recreational activities following work meetings. The closing activity was a float trip down the Limay River, with a surprise on an island in the middle of the river – a gourmet meal prepared by a chef. In the afternoon, we offered horseback riding, 4 by 4 jeeps and a gaucho sheering demonstration. We wrapped the event off with a traditional asado barbecue on the ranch. |

DETAILS: Within an international meeting of the Phillips company, we organized a recreational activity for a group of 200 people. It was the meeting’s only outdoor activity, so we aimed for something unique, creative and interactive. While paddling down the Limay River, teams worked through a series of group games. In each stop, groups worked on team-building and passed through a series of check points on their way to the finish line. |

DETAILS: This was a large-scale two-day event that consisted of a Raid-style motor race with more than 20 4-by-4 Jeeps. On the first day, they travelled from the center of town and along the Circuito Chico route. During the trial, teams had to complete certain tasks laid out in a passport that marked the route they needed to follow. On the second day, teams crossed to Huemul Island where they witnessed a simulation by the area’s emergency services based around the themes of the Richter Atomic Project. |

DETAILS: An event for Chandon vineyard’s top-sellers and top representatives. During a full day, we organized a Raid-style recreational competition in 4-by-4 jeeps, racing through the city and participating in various events. The group was split into teams that competed in different tests of skill and intellect, and at the end of the day a winner was crowned. An award ceremony ended the day’s activities. |

Set in the valley of the Manso River, this was a multi-sport adventure that included 4-by-4s, rafting, horse-walks, orienteering, Tyrolean traverses and rappelling. The following day, the group went trekking to the top of Llao Llao Peak. |

At the end of the afternoon, we served a magnificent tea on the banks of the river. |

DETAILS: San Jorge Bagó Argentina invited its Latin American managers to celebrate and strengthen relationships in Patagonia. With a base in the Llao Llao Hotel and Resort, various excursions kept the group busy – from the classic Circuito Chico tour, to visits at the Cerro Catedral Ski Resort, the Circuito Grande and Traful Village, Victoria Island in an exclusive cruise as well as meals in select bistros and restaurants. |

DETAILS: In February of 2000, this event was held in the Manso Valley. More than 80 people were involved in putting this multi-adventure together. Teams competed to be named “Team Argentina” and travel to Moab, Utah. For us, it meant four days of operations activity and more than four months of planning. Itinerary design, guiding, food, camping, paramedical support, rescue helicopters, images, onsite ambulances, press – this awesome event required all this. In the end, it is one of the largest such adventure events ever held in the area. |
