Our programs are characterized by the high quality of our services,
including bilingual and professional guides, excellent cuisine,
all the equipment required for each unique activity, and high levels
of safety.
Participating in adventures doesn’t only mean exerting yourself
physically. Discovering nature, culture, history and traditions
are also important factors. Our trips are specially designed to
reach these goals. Our guides will help you enjoy the culture of
the areas you visit.

Cancellations
For one-day activities, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours
prior to departure. For programs longer than one day and expeditions,
cancellations received less than 30 days before departure are subject
to an operation fee: 30-15 days, 50% of the value of the program
per person; 15-7 days, 75% of the value of the program per person,
within 7 days of the date of departure, 100 % of the program’s value.
There will be no refund for days missed during the tour.

Weather Conditions and Forces of Nature
With the exception of pre-determined forces of nature, no refunds
for services will be given based on untaken or cancelled services
within a reasonable timeframe. All activities are subject to change
without warning, depending upon forces of nature and weather conditions,
to guarantee the best possible development of the activity. Huala
Turismo Aventura reserves the right to offer travelers an alternative
activity if weather or safety conditions are not appropriate.

Photography During the Tour
Huala Turismo Aventura reserves the right to take photographs, film
or tape any part of any tour and to use the photographs, videos
or films for promotional purposes. Upon registration, tour members
give permission to use their image in such promotional materials.
We request that tour participants who prefer that their image/voice
not be used please notify us before any activity.

Agreements
The prices include planning, management and operation fees and are
based on actual fares. In the case of extraordinary increase, fares
are subject to review.

Limits of Responsibility and Insurance
Huala Turismo Aventura is a thoroughly recognized legal entity.
The services operated are transportation, hotels, restaurants, professional
guide services, camping staff and other independent service providers
(including but not limited to companies other than Huala Turismo
Aventura). Furthermore, the programs include activities in the outdoors
and contact with nature, which involves levels of risk dependent
upon various events or circumstances beyond the control of Huala
Turismo Aventura. Therefore, Huala Turismo Aventura is not responsible
for death, personal injury or any other loss that could occur a)due
to any act or omission by a provider, b) due to any other event
over which Huala Turismo Aventura has no control. Confirmation of
payment for participation in a tour accepts the exclusion of responsibility
here outlined. The confirmation or payment of the tour signifies
the acceptation of the Terms and Conditions mentioned here and in
the specific tour documentation given to tour passengers.
