Team-building is a philosophy which, when applied in specifically-designed
activities, aims to strengthen essential values that can then be
used in the business world, including team work, the coordination
of common goals, the ability to improvise and leadership.
Team-building uses outdoor adventure to enhance
and attain these goals. We present challenges that have seemingly
little to do with the day-to-day challenges of the corporate world,
but can be easily applied to company goals. It’s not like being
in school – the core is adventure, games, making memories and
having fun. The results make your team more productive and efficient
in the work environment.
Living and interacting with your colleagues in
a non-work environment touches on key issues of any team: communication,
leadership, cooperation, delegation, resource management, developing
clear objectives, making decisions etc. These have a direct impact
on participants’ personal and professional goals.
Our activities and adventure sports are well-suited
to the task because they demand decision-making, adapting to new
situations, improvisation etc and invite reflection on how to
apply lessons learned at the office. These activities produce
a harmonious relationship amongst colleagues that can translate
