This journey can begin in either Bariloche or in the Chilean city of Puerto Varas.

From the Bariloche side, the trip begins on Nahuel Huapi Lake, taking about one hour to get to Blest Port. There, a bus waits to take us to Alegre Port, 3 km away, where another boat will take us across the green waters of Frias Lake for a 25-minute trip. After arriving at Frias Port, we’ll pass through Argentine customs.

A bus waits there to take us over the border and down the 29 km to Peulla, where the Chilean border post is located.

After lunch, the final boat journey begins on the final lake, Todos los Santos. We end at Petrohue, where a bus waits to take us the final kilometers around Llanquihue Lake and on to the town of Puerto Varas, where this magical trip finishes.

This trip across the Andes lets you discover the beauty of the lakes and mountains of the south. The trip can be in either one day or in two days, with an overnight at Peulla.
